Photoshoot with Avina Shah and Heena Sohelia

On a beautiful March spring day, I had the privilege of doing a shoot with stunning Avina Shah and Heena Sohelia.

Avina Shah, a young upcoming talented artist at Eastern Illusion, is also the owner of FacesbyAvina, a professional hair and makeup artist located in London. She has over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry.

Heena Sohelia, the Miss UK finalist 2007 is an actress, choreographer and presenter. A natural performer from a very early age, Heena graced the stage with ballet performances and has starred in commercials which are aired on Sky Asian Channels.

Following a introductory chat with both Avina and Heena, I quickly built a rapport and trust with them. This is a really important part of the shoot as everyone knows what will be happening and expectations are properly managed.

While Heena was getting her makeup done, I started photographing Avina in her glamorous outfit and we were able to create the perfect look that Avina had imagined. This was followed with a shoot with Heena - in her fabulous outfit. Following a few test shoots, we were able to get to the right ones that Heena wanted.

This was followed with both Avina and Heena having an outfit/makeup change over and Avina was the first up. We finished the shoot with Heena in a stunning saree which gave her a classically perfect look.

In all yet another successful shoot and two happy clients.
